Charlotte has helped organisations from seed-stage startups to major publishers better understand their users, design compelling experiences, and launch amazing products. Currently Lead UX Designer at the Guardian, she was previously Head of Product at startups in Berlin and London.


Empathy: Not just for the customer

Cal is a freelance UX Designer. Hailing from Australia but now calling London home, he’s helping London based businesses better understand customer problems. Cal enjoys being the voice of the customer and simplifying solutions. His background in large, well-established companies has provided a solid foundation to assist less mature teams. Recently Cal has supported a medium sized London startup to formalise their UX processes. Cal is now contracting with Fjord, working with a large financial institution.
