Lead UX Designer (with UI background)

We have an exciting role come up for a Senior Lead UX Designer with knowledge of UI Design ideally. At a product start up based in London that is fast growing globally. This is a challenging role in a dynamic and friendly environment.

An exciting opportunity to lead the UX and UI design of this exciting innovative product and digital platform. You will work with a team of people that come from top software, product & technology companies.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • 8+ years of consumer –extensive design experience across UX and UI design experience
  • Outstanding portfolio showcasing a user centred approach to problem solving across product, mobile, desktop and apps
  • Able to design new features and continue to tweak current app features, website, manage QA and lead the product
  • Someone who is hands on from the early stages of production
  • Have a strong understanding of UX and latest technology trends
  • Be able to articulate creative ideas, inspire and manage a team of in-house designers
  • Ability to run a structured and creative process and develop the best user interface and user experience for each project
  • Translate wireframes and prototypes into final pixel perfect visuals
  • Stay on top of product design trends and new technologies
  • Come up with ideas on how to push their products forward
  • Use to working on multiple projects from brief right through to production
  • Participate in all phases of product development lifecycle from concept to production, working closely with the business and development team
  • Excellent craft with proficient skills in Adobe creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Principle and Prototyping tools
  • You must have a European passport or UK work visa to apply
