A Principal UX Designer is needed for a London based UX Agency. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on design and grow your own team of designers. The successful Principal UX Designer will sit within the organisations leadership team, playing a key part in the contribution to overall decision making.

The Principal UX Designer will be heavily involved in a diverse range of projects, for a wide variety of unique clients, while leading, managing and coaching the current team of 4 designers. Ideally you will have experience in, or at least a strong interest in working for an agency. The Principal UX Designer will be expected to oversee the project from end-to-end, beginning with research, ensuring all research is captured, using this to improve the overall design, to creating final reports and recommendations for clients.  

The successful Principal UX Designer should demonstrate a keen interest in taking the next step to further their career within UX Design and play a key part in the strategic decision making of the company. While delivery is key, business development will play a large part in your role. Previous experience of business development will be a huge bonus.
