Doors open 18:30, talks from 19:00 to 21:00
The News Building, 1 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9GF
Have you ever asked ‘what’s it like to be on the receiving end of my services?’ In this event, you’ll get a chance to put questions to a panel of clients and employers chaired and curated by Giles Colborne.
What do they think of UX professionals? Do they look for different things from in-house and external consultants? Which services do they regard as ‘commodities’ and which are highly prized? How much value do they put on UX? How does the adoption of agile methods affect the way UX is planned and delivered? And what really matters when they’re hiring? Come along and find out what they think of you.
How to get there?
The News Building is on top of the London Bridge Station and right next to the Shard and the main Bus Terminal. If you are at the front of the Shard, please go up the viewing elevator, the News Building is on the left.
From the Underground you have three options (depending which exit you use):
- Borough High Street exit: turn right up Borough High Street and take a right onto London Bridge Street
- Tooley Street exit: turn left towards the traffic lights, turn left on to Borough High Street, and left on to London Bridge Street
- “The Shard” exit: take the escalator on to street level and walk down London Bridge Street
